Cancer broke the beast

Went investigating in the garage tonight, jacked the rear of the car up so it was level then went searching and taking photo's, reason it bent so badly was probably because the week 31p went up the wall and I bounced off it, I woke the cancer up in the bottom chassis rail, and stressed alot of the car out, hence once I hit the wall the week after during payback it all broke and bent and twisted so it was probably inevitable, would have been ok if I'd glanced off the wall instead of head on into it but then Sh-t happens, next seasons coming ;).... A friend of mine insists on always saying Hindsights a wonderful thing I mostly get De'Ja'Vu' but it didn't this time HA!

Ok here's the photo's and I'm still looking at chassis's (dosn't mean I'll buy the first one I look at though)

Doesn't to look bad from this angle

No the floor is level!

A closer look, notice anything?

Du Hast is Du Hasting the Garage

Got the beast off the trailer finally after looking at it for the last 7 weeks or so wishing it wasn't twisted (it didn't help)Motor was still strong but chassis limped into the shed as its feeling its age.....

Got a chassis to look at out fielding as a contender for new 13p frankenstein body and another good friend has mentioned his Krugier super might be free at some stage, think I'd bend one of those alot here in Palmy though...but hey...options

Anyway its ANZAC tomorrow and if any of your family did the war thing or served then maybe you should shout them a beer or go to the RSA and remember them or just go to a parade once to experience it. I'll be there as after visiting Anzac cove numerous times over the years with work (3 to be exact) you get the jist of what ANZAC day is all about...... The tremendous wasteful loss of life to preserve our way of life....or so they thought at the time. I think we've got it pretty good really don't you compared to other places in the world which quite honestly have it hard...

So our fore fathers must have done the job, time for us to remember them.

The new bike

This is the reason I'm selling my Honda, I went for the Heavy classic I wanted when I was younger but probably wouldn't have lasted on.

My Trademe auctions

My XL600RF is for sale!

Well I've started taking the stocky apart so I can take the bare chassis to a well known expert to see if it is worth and can be fixed for next season, otherwise it'll be either find another chassis (I know where a space frame is in Levin-vegas but its one of those I've sold it but the guys coming up with the money if he doesn't I'll get in touch jobs....Do you want the money now or ...???? )I might even swap my bike for a car if it was worth it depending.....

Anyway I've got my personal plates on trademe again at a pretty reasonable price I reckon if you look at some of the bullsh-t that people want a grand for, and my beloved XL600RF these things are the ducks guts and its got alot of low down torque.
Registered and warranted and in very tidy condition check out the auction
